Transaction Services Manager - Associate Director

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Finance Transaction Services professional to join a small yet growing Corporate Finance team within a mid-market advisory firm. This Corporate Finance team are in need of a Manager or Associate Director to help lead Transaction Services financial due diligence projects.

In a managerial position you will be responsible for running financial due diligence processes from start to finish. Responsibilities will include leading projects, networking with new and existing clients and managing more junior members of the team. You will report to the Partner regarding various FDD projects as well as leading teams to complete various Corporate Finance tasks. This role will also allow you to gain client-facing experience by working alongside the partner in presenting report findings to a variety of clients.

In order to be suitable for this position you will:

• Be ACA / ACCA qualified
• Have a minimum of 1/2 years post-qualified Transaction Services experience
• Be an ambitious professional at the Assistant Manager grade looking to progress their career, or a Manager who wants to help drive the growth of the Corporate Finance team
