Senior Client Manager
London | Hybrid
We're working with a leading international professional services firm to hire a Senior Client Manager into their high-performing Business Development team.
This is a key role sitting at the centre of the firm's strategic client programme, focused on deepening relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall client experience across a portfolio of high-value accounts.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to shape and deliver client strategy, combining insight-led thinking with hands-on delivery.
From developing and executing international client plans, to supporting panel pitches and driving engagement initiatives, this is a varied and highly visible role with real commercial impact.
Key areas include:
You'll bring a strong background in business development, client management or strategic account management, ideally within a professional services environment.
You're confident operating in a client-facing, stakeholder-heavy role, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and delivery.
Experience working with complex, high-value clients and contributing to revenue growth will be key, alongside strong communication and analytical skills.
