Senior Business Development Manager

We're currently supporting a top global law firm who are currently hiring for a Senior Marketing & BD Manager to work across their International Employment Practice. Working within the firms biggest and most global area will see you undertaking a real strategic role to work with senior stakeholders to help retain profitable client relationships whilst also promoting and marketing their profile further. As this group has a global remit you'll be working in close collaboration with your counterparts across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

In support of the Global Co-Chair you'll be involved in:

• Identifying and creating winning client strategies
• Producing client engagement protocols
• Leading and managing pitch processes
• Account Management of key clients across the sector
• Setting strategies and campaigns to market the groups services
• Manage the client interaction processes
• Coaching new partner promotions and potential new partner talent
• Drive and manage comms on behalf of the group
• Identify any issues affecting clients and create appropriate thought leaderships in conjunction with other internal stakeholders
• Develop and create robust marketing campaigns for the sector
• Work with senior stakeholder to further build the group within the marketplace
• Manage the sector marketing and BD team

Senior Manager level experience is essential for this role with proven strategy implementation experience and a deep knowledge of Marketing & BD processes for professional services.
