The Opportunity

• Join a leading global professional services firm in a senior, strategic bids and pursuits role.
• Take ownership of major public sector frameworks, panel appointments and high-value tender opportunities.
• Work closely with senior partners and stakeholders to drive growth across key public sector clients.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the firm's public sector pursuit strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end public sector bids, tenders and framework submissions.
• Develop compelling win strategies and client-focused value propositions.
• Manage complex opportunities from qualification through to submission and presentation stages.
• Influence and coach senior stakeholders throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
• Drive best practice, continuous improvement and bid excellence across the team.
• Support and mentor junior bids and pursuits professionals.

About You

• Proven experience leading successful public sector bids, tenders and framework applications.
• Strong understanding of public procurement processes and evaluation criteria.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and project management skills.
• A strategic thinker with outstanding writing and communication abilities.
• Experienced in managing multiple complex opportunities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Passionate about winning work, driving growth and making a measurable commercial impact.
