Sales Manager

Sales Manager - £54k + cash allowance + uncapped commission
London based (working from home currently)

This is an integral role for this top Accountancy firm who are coming to market to hire an experienced Sales Manager who will be instrumental in winning new profitable work from existing and new clients. By building strong client relationships you'll be positioned to identify and act upon new business leads and opportunities. With a steady and strong sales pipeline you'll be working with Partners and Senior Stakeholders in line with the wider business plan/model to deliver against targets, capitalising on leads and existing relationships.

As an experienced Sales Manager your will need to:

• Build and manage relationships with existing and new clients to source and generate new income against set targets
• Manage the pitch process - preparing and delivering client pitches working with partners where necessary
• Develop and maintain a strong library of market data and research
• Support Partners and Business Development Managers to deliver on their key strategies
• Identify opportunities to cross sell around the business
• Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders
• Achieving tangible growth against targets
• Manage large sales opportunities ensuring smooth transition from prospect to client
• Keeping abreast of firms offerings across sectors

What's needed:

• A proven track record on consultative sales within a professional services environment
• Evidence of closing large corporate deals across relevant sectors
• A proven track record of achieving revenue targers
• Confidence at building relationships at board level
• A creative and forward thinking approach
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Ability to use strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• A highly resilient and tenacious personality
