R&D Tax Associate Director - Thames Valley Region (Flexible Working) - up to £95,000

• The opportunity to successfully lead the R&D Tax function will put you on the Partner route and can easily lead to you having equity in the business

The R&D Tax Function

The R&D Tax desk is already doing very well and this is without somebody purely focusing on it, revenue is already larger than £250k meaning that you do not need to completely start from scratch. The Research & Development desk is seen as a big area of growth for the business going forward and with the work already being there it is a case of solidifying the offering and helping implement the firm wide aggressive growth plans.

What you need?

• You need successful experience of managing a diverse portfolio of clients
• Ideally, you will have experience of going to market and winning work
• The successful individual will have prior managerial experience as they are looking to start ot build a team around this individual
