This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading advisory and accountancy practice with a strong reputation in the private client market. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of individuals, families and trusts, supporting clients with their tax compliance requirements while building long-term relationships and developing your technical expertise.

As a Senior within the team, you'll begin taking ownership of your own portfolio, working closely with managers and senior colleagues while gaining increasing responsibility and client exposure. The role offers a clear pathway for progression alongside ongoing professional development and technical training.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of private clients with support from your manager.
• Building and developing strong, long-term client relationships.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing an excellent client experience.
• Working with a range of clients including:
  • High net worth individuals
  • Non-UK resident individuals
  • Non-domiciled individuals
  • Trusts and estates
• Supporting clients with their personal tax compliance obligations.
• Keeping clients informed of legislative changes and helping them understand the impact on their personal tax affairs.
• Identifying planning opportunities and bringing relevant insights to clients.
• Reviewing personal tax returns and related tax computations.
• Managing a variety of compliance assignments and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
• Delivering work efficiently while maintaining strong risk management standards.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, policies and quality standards.
• Supporting the achievement of team revenue and profitability objectives.

What you'll bring

• Previous experience within Personal Tax, Private Client Tax or Mixed Tax gained in a professional practice environment.
• A strong understanding of personal tax compliance work.
• Experience reviewing tax returns and tax computations.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• A proactive approach to client service and problem solving.

Qualifications

• ATT qualified or nearing completion of ATT.
• Currently studying towards CTA qualification, or intending to do so.
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within Private Client Tax.
