Paid Media Lead

I am working on behalf of global consulting firm who is looking for a Paid Media Lead to join there digital marketing team.

Their career's digital marketing team is looking for a Paid Media Lead to build a compelling paid media program to support the firm's global recruiting goals. In this role, you will create and activate several engaging paid media campaigns to position the firm as a top employer of choice across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, AdWords, and more.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and motivated self-starter who has experience working with large media budgets and balancing multiple projects, all with a strong attention to detail. Reporting to the Careers Social Media Program Manager, you'll work with cross-functional teams and have a large voice in driving the paid media activities on behalf of the global social media and local recruiting teams. This individual should be passionate about the ever-changing digital media landscape and have an analytical attitude; someone who is eager to implement new ideas and dive into the results to prove the ROMI for paid digital media.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and drive the paid media activities for the firms careers channels to attract top, diverse talent
  • Implement, optimize, and collaborate on paid campaigns for global careers channels and local/regional markets
  • Maintain paid reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance and the program at large
  • Support the deployment and adoption of the Sprinklr Ads Tool for all users globally
  • Work with designers to develop and optimize ad copy and creative that achieves results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure paid media strategy aligns and supports larger recruiting goals
  • Establish relationships with key networks and vendors to support paid media efforts
  • Monitor trends to improve performance and stay on top of the constantly evolving paid social and digital media landscape


To be considered:


  • Significant social media planning and/or buying experience (agency or in house)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building media plans, budgets, and activations to generate high impact results
  • A strong background running paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and AdWords, plus experience with programmatic, display, and job boards ads
  • A curiosity and passion for understanding the latest trends in the digital media landscape
  • An ability to collect, analyse, and use data to drive recommendations and optimizations that improve social media performance and prove ROMI of paid campaigns
  • Experience with Excel and developing customized reporting; knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics a plus
  • Experience designing and creating assets with third party tools (i.e. Canva, Figma, Photoshop) a plus
