This firm have a superb reputation in the market, work with some hugely exciting clients and really value the development and wellbeing of their people. Due to a forthcoming maternity leave, a rare opportunity has arisen to join their first-class marketing team on a 12-month contract. The team are dynamic, influential, collaborative and fun and you'll have the opportunity to work on some exciting projects throughout your time with the business.

The main remit of the Marketing Coordinator role includes:

  • Supporting the team with high profile events and campaigns, from drafting engaging content to briefing stakeholders
  • Working closely with the Internal Comms team to produce communications and activities designed to foster engagement, affiliation and promote the firms strategic objectives
  • Supporting the Marketing Managers to engage key internal stakeholders on marketing activities, advise on best practice, present new ideas and provide reporting on projects



The successful candidate for this Marketing Coordinator role will have strong experience in:

  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Designing and managing integrated marketing campaigns, from scheduling project meetings to delivering against timelines
  • Bringing new ideas and initiatives to the table
  • Understanding the value of impactful internal communications activity
  • Creating engaging content and copy
  • Monitoring impact and reporting findings
  • Managing all aspects of events
  • Operating in a complex, large organisational structure



The Marketing Coordinator will need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a full marketing mix Coordinator or Executive role, ideally within professional services
  • Experience in martech such as MS Power BI, Marketo, Salesforce, Exact Target
  • Good knowledge of digital channels and tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (advertising a plus), Stack, Trello, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
