M&A Director

Ambition are working with a fast growing advisory firm who are actively recruiting for a Director to join and develop an M&A team in Bristol or Reading.

The firm is looking for an ambitious self-starting individual to lead a team working on a range of M&A advisory projects within the mid-market space across a variety of sectors. Typical deal size ranges from 10m - 150m

Requirements

• Be an experienced M&A professional with a proven track record of completing both buy and sell side engagements.
• You can be an experienced Senior Manager or Associate Director looking for their next step up, or a Director who is looking to build out a team with a strong focus on getting to Partner grade.
• You will be responsible for generating revenue for the division, therefore experience within business development is highly desirable.
• Ideally you will be ACA qualified, however at this level relevant experience is more desired.

Flexible work is available however, Bristol or Reading must be seen as the base of operations.
