Overview

A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join its London team. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload within a well‑established insolvency practice, with opportunity to work alongside senior professionals and progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of a portfolio of insolvency cases from appointment through to closure
  • Preparing statutory documentation and reports in line with insolvency legislation and internal procedures
  • Liaising with creditors, debtors, advisers, and other stakeholders
  • Handling correspondence, case queries, and telephone enquiries
  • Supporting senior staff and Insolvency Practitioners on complex matters
  • Ensuring all cases are administered accurately, compliantly, and to agreed deadlines

Skills & Experience Required

  • Prior experience within UK insolvency (corporate or personal, depending on level)
  • Good working knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and confident communication skills
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
