Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager

International law firm are looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager to join their current team in a newly created role. The firm is currently going through a finance transformation change project with a large focus on their financial reporting.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Development of management reporting globally
  • Development and preparation of country, division, office, team, line of business, partner and client reports
  • Development and preparation of pricing and profitability reporting
  • Global cash flow modelling and forecasting including bank covenant projections and regular reporting on forecasts against actual
  • Production of profitability analysis to assist the Firm with its pricing strategy.
  • Preparation and issue of monthly performance reports for Fee Earners
  • Completion of financial and statistical reports and returns, both internally and for external surveys, bids and tenders, working with other departments as required
  • Calculation of cost rates for Fee Earners
  • Preparation of reports such as client/matter/line of business profitability, and undertake adhoc profitability reviews
  • Preparation of annual budgets and half-year forecasts
  • Supply of data and reports to the Firm's client MI team
