Finance Analyst

Our client a leading International law firm is recruiting for an experienced Financial Analyst to join its busy commercial finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable firm, with the opportunity for development and growth.

Responsible for assisting in the management reporting function, including financial accounting in respect of LLP financial statement preparation, audit work and taxation. Key duties will involve;

• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly management information: for the Managing Partner, COO, Partners and Directors of Business Services.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the firm cash flow.

• Assist in the preparation of the annual accounts and statutory audits for the London LLP, Paris LLP, Properties Limited and dormant subsidiaries.

• Assist with the preparation of the partnership tax return and payment practices report.

• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, with a focus on expenditure and tracking throughout the year.
