I'm delighted to be working on this exciting events executive role with a top leading law firm who are keen to hire within their established team. A brand new role due to growth and the fact that finally events are back!! As events executive, duties will include:

• Taking responsibility for the planning and delivery on a wide array of internal events for the firm
• Working with senior stakeholders on the annual events calendar and plans
• Working with counterparts in overseas offices to coordinate and cross jurisdiction events
• Collaborating with the internal comms team and wider marketing team to help promote internal events
• Attending all internal events and managing all post event evaluation
• Building relationships with venues and suppliers and building a strong network for future events

What's needed:

• Previous marketing events experience within legal or professional services
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
