Credit Controller

Are you an experienced Credit Controller in the legal sector?

My client is a UK based law firm with offices based in Colchester, London and Wales and Ireland. They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their Finance team in Colchester to assist the department with all aspects of debt collection.

Key responsibilities:

Collection of outstanding debt by telephone and email
Preparing weekly and monthly analysis of debtors for internal management purposes
Liaising with Partners and fee-earners regarding queries to clients
Maintaining an up to date record of query statuses

Key requirements:

At least 12 months experience of working as a credit controller within a law firm
Excellent communication skills
Good time management skills
Minimum of 5 A-C grades at GCSE
