Corporate Tax Semi Senior

Ambition is working with an award-winning accountancy practice currently seeking a Corporate Tax Semi Senior to join their team in central London.

The Firm:

This award-winning firm provides advice to entrepreneurs, fast-growing and owner managed businesses, charities and not for profit organisations across the UK and internationally. The firm is large enough to provide bespoke advice in range of services to top-tier clients, yet small enough to continually deliver personalised advice.

The Role:

As a Corporate Tax Semi Senior, you should be comfortable in preparing corporate tax computations. A great package and full study support is on offer as well as a clear progression pathway. The offices are based in central London, easily accessible by both train or tube, albeit remote working is naturally part of the role.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing annual corporation tax returns and tax computations.
• Review tax returns and associated work conducted by accounts staff.
• Provide advice to clients regarding corporation tax liabilities.
• Assisting in dealing with HMRC enquiries.
• Various ad hoc work as it arises such as technical research.

The Candidate:

To be considered for the Corporate Tax Semi Senior the ideal candidate will have two years' worth of demonstratable experience of working in an established corporate tax team in an accountancy practice.

Requirements include:

• Ideally ATT qualified.
• Educated to a degree level.
• Proven track record of preparing corporate tax computations under minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
