A leading international professional services organisation is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support growth across its Telecoms, Media & Business Services (TMBS) sector, with a focus on digital infrastructure.

This role supports senior stakeholders in developing strategic client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering sector‑led account plans across a global client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of priority TMBS clients
  • Identify cross‑selling and new business opportunities using client and market insight
  • Support account planning, client feedback and relationship strategy
  • Contribute to pitches and proposals, shaping compelling win strategies
  • Use CRM data and reporting to track activity and performance

About You

  • Experience in client relationship management or business development within professional services
  • Strong commercial awareness and interest in the TMBS / digital infrastructure sector
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and data to inform decisions
