Business Development Manager - International

We are working in partnership with a international law firm who are going through a highly impressive period of growth and are looking to add headcount into the BD team at management level. One of the roles we are assisting them on is a brand-new role covering their international work, which accounts for a good percentage of their overall business. The role will be focusing around working with the firms partnership firms in different locations across a variety of specialisms and sectors.

The role will have a strategic and relationship driven feel both internally and externally, whilst there won't be any bid/pitch management work involved which should enhance the role to stand out in the market and in our opinion prove appealing in the market.

The firm have a really strong and settled team however they are looking to bring in someone who can also act as a mentor to some of the more junior members of the team, it is likely there will be some line management involved but this won't be extensive. The firm will also offer a clear platform for someone to progress forward in their career, as such we are really open to engaging BD professionals at management or individuals looking to step into a BDM post for the first time.
