Business Development Manager

We're partnering with a leading international law firm on an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their high-performing Corporate team in London. This is a strategic and highly visible role supporting senior partners on profile-raising initiatives, major pitches and international growth plans.

The Role

  • Strategic BD Manager role aligned to a market-leading Corporate practice
  • Broad remit spanning pitches, campaigns, client development and strategic planning
  • International scope with exposure to cross-border initiatives and senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative team environment with strong progression opportunities and excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior lawyers to develop and deliver business development plans
  • Lead pitches, targeted campaigns and profile-raising initiatives across the practice
  • Manage directories, awards submissions, events and client communications
  • Work closely with international BD teams to drive growth opportunities and strategic projects

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within a Business Development or Marketing role in professional services
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Law firm or Corporate practice experience is advantageous but not essential
