Bid Manager

We are Working with an International Law firm who are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their award winning team. This role is a permanent opportunity and is a senior role within a large high performing team.

You will have responsibility for managing the production of panel and strategic projects in one of the firms five sectors. The Bids Manager will work closely with the Sector Head and Bid Partners leading opportunities and advising on bid best practice at all stages. You will co-ordinate the firm during the process and have project management oversight to deliver the bid on time. You will advise on bid strategy, messaging, structure and overall content direction to create impactful bids that address the clients' requirements.

There will also be line management responsibility in this role where you will manage the day-to-day activities of a Bid Executive/Administrator and provide mentoring and leadership.

Duties will include:

  • Effective bid management: supporting the firm's and the sectors strategy
  • Producing high quality bid responses
  • Coaching presenters
  • Undertaking client research
  • Coaching stakeholders to consider client issues and solutions
  • Tender debriefs brochures / informal pitch documents
