An exciting opportunity has arisen for an immediately available BD & Marketing Manager to join a leading, award winning firm who have a reputation for excellence.

The BD and marketing function is highly respected and really has a 'seat at the table' in this organisation - this BD & Marketing Manager role is very much viewed as a subject matter expert and a trusted advisor to the partners and wider team, so it's a great opportunity to join an accomplished organisation and make an impact.

The successful candidate for this BD & Marketing Manager will be encouraged to influence and challenge the 'norm' in order to develop and deliver on the strategic plan for the sector, so experience of working with senior stakeholders is a must for this role.

This BD & Marketing Manager role will see you working both strategically and tactically, to implement and drive business development and marketing activity across the sector. It will be a busy and varied role, requiring a candidate who is able to deliver on multiple campaigns and projects at any one time.

This BD & Marketing Manager role will include:

• Working closely with partners and fee earners to develop and deliver impactful marketing campaigns on a national and regional level
• Work with the in-house design and digital teams to create impactful content for campaigns
• Work with teams to identify target clients for development
• Implement the client listening programme and provide feedback and ideas for improving client service
• Work closely with the sector bid lead to help achieve successful bid outcomes
• Communicate market trends across the team, assist in the generation of new ideas
• Identify and utilise PR opportunities and work with the PR team to develop and prepare content for publication

This BD & Marketing Manager role would be ideal for an existing Manager who is looking for a new challenge, or for a talented Senior Executive who is looking for a step up. In order to be successful in this BD & Marketing Manager role you will need:

• Strong BD & Marketing experience, with the ability to bring marketing plans to life
• The ability to persuade, challenge and influence stakeholders to deliver excellent service and solutions for clients
• Experience of working within a professional services environment
• Project management experience, able to prioritise and make things happen
• Able to work strategically and operationally
• First class communication skills
