An established and highly regarded professional services firm is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its growing Restructuring & Insolvency team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an insolvency professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive environment that offers exposure to a broad range of corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments, including more complex and high-profile cases.



The Role

Working closely with senior management and partners, you will manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure, while supporting and developing junior team members. You will gain exposure to a variety of formal insolvency procedures and have the opportunity to contribute to case strategy, investigations, and stakeholder management.



Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations and Liquidations.
• Preparing statutory reports and correspondence.
• Conducting investigations and asset realisation work.
• Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Supporting business development initiatives where appropriate.
• Ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

About You

• Previous experience within a corporate insolvency or restructuring team.
• Good technical knowledge of insolvency procedures and legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CPI, ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification studies beneficial but not essential.
• Ambitious individual looking to develop within a reputable and growing practice.
