Roles I Recruit

I am part of the largest legal finance recruitment team in London. We cover all levels from entry level finance roles to Finance Directors and pride ourselves on our consultative approach.

Within the division my focus is on permanent legal finance positions from mid to senior level including roles such as: Legal Cashiering, Legal Billing, Accounts Payable, Revenue Control, Credit Control, Assistant/Part-qualified Accountant, Systems, Accounts Manager/Supervisor, Qualified Accountants, Analysts, Financial Controllers and Finance Directors.

My Background

I have been working in recruitment for more than 16 years and joined Ambition in 2005 (when it was previously called Witan Jardine). I progressed from a Consultant to a Principal Consultant.

I previously specialised in recruiting all levels of finance staff on a temporary and interim basis into the legal sector. In 2015 I decided to change focus and now recruit for permanent candidates within this sector. I have an extensive network, including many candidates and clients that have worked with me exclusively over many years.

Recent Placements

I am currently working with several Top 100 and US law firms in London as well as boutique law firms.  We have certainly seen an increase in US firms growing their finance presence in London and have been supporting them with their recruitment plans. 

I previously worked on a relocation for a Top 30 law firm, on an exclusive basis, recruiting and placing 12 vacancies. We worked in partnership with the client, taking a consultative approach, meeting with them to discuss their needs, advising on salaries, market conditions and candidate skillsets.

Outside of work

I enjoy travelling, especially visiting places with a different culture as well as spending time with family and friends.
