As an Associate Consultant within Ambition's Legal Business Development, Marketing and Communications team, I specialise in recruiting non-managerial talent across the legal sector, from assistants and coordinators through to senior executive-level professionals.

My Background

I graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BSc in Psychology, where I developed a strong interest in understanding people, their motivations, and what drives success. During my studies, I completed two internships within Business Development and Marketing teams at leading law firms, which gave me valuable insight into the legal sector and the important role these functions play in strengthening client relationships and driving firm growth.

These experiences sparked my interest in Legal Business Development, while work experience at Ambition introduced me to the world of recruitment. I was immediately drawn to the people-focused nature of the profession and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both candidates and clients. By combining my understanding of human behaviour with my knowledge of the legal market, I strive to build lasting relationships and help individuals and organisation’s achieve their goals.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I am passionate about sport and enjoy both playing and watching a variety of sports, particularly football. Having started playing at the age of eight, football has been a constant throughout my life. I have played both in and outside of school, as well as captaining and coaching teams, experiences that helped develop my leadership skills, resilience and team-oriented mindset. Whether I'm playing, watching or keeping up with the latest results, football remains a big part of my life.

Away from football, I enjoy staying active, as well as exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.
