I lead Ambition's Professional Services division across the UK and Europe, partnering with accounting and consulting firms to help them attract, retain and develop exceptional talent. My focus is on delivering strategic hiring solutions across Audit & Accounts, Tax, Advisory and Consulting, from qualified professionals through to Director and Partner level appointments.

Alongside leading high-performing recruitment teams, I personally advise firms on senior and executive hires, helping them navigate growth, succession planning, talent shortages and evolving workforce challenges. I am passionate about building long-term, trusted partnerships and providing market insight that enables clients to make informed people decisions.
