Wellbeing Week 2026 at Ambition

Back to Blogs

At Ambition, we believe that when people feel supported, they perform at their best, not just professionally, but personally too. Creating a culture where wellbeing is prioritised isn't something we focus on for just one week of the year; it's part of how we work every day.

This year, Wellbeing Week gave us the opportunity to take a step back from our busy schedules, reconnect with colleagues, and focus on the things that help us feel our best, both inside and outside of work.

Supporting Wellbeing in Every Sense

With London experiencing a heatwave during the week, looking after ourselves became even more important. To help everyone stay hydrated, protected and energised, we provided wellness packs containing SPF, electrolytes and bottled water, alongside some welcome ice cream treats to help keep the team cool.

We also made healthy choices easy by offering nutritious breakfasts throughout the week, including fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and granola, ensuring everyone started the day on the right foot. A smoothie station added another healthy boost, giving people the chance to create their own refreshing drinks packed with goodness.

Time to Recharge

One of the highlights of the week was the massage chair experience. Taking just a few moments away from desks allowed people to relax, reset and return feeling refreshed.

Alongside this, colleagues were encouraged to get away from their screens, connect with others and make time for movement throughout the day, simple habits that can make a significant difference to overall wellbeing.

The Importance of Making Space

What stood out most during the week was seeing people genuinely embrace the activities and take time for themselves. Whether it was enjoying breakfast together, stopping for a smoothie, taking a moment in the massage chair or cooling down with an ice cream, the week reinforced how valuable it is to create space for wellbeing during the working day.

The positive feedback we received showed that these moments matter. They help strengthen connections, encourage healthy habits and remind us that wellbeing isn't an individual responsibility alone—it's something we can all support together.

Looking Ahead

Wellbeing isn't about perfection; it's about creating an environment where people feel supported, valued and empowered to look after themselves. We're proud of the culture we're continuing to build at Ambition, one that recognises that great work starts with great people.

Wellbeing Week may be over, but the conversations, habits and connections it inspired will continue long after the ice creams have melted and the heatwave has passed.
