Ambition UK’s High Flyers trip to Majorca 2026

​Recognising great performance is an important part of our culture at Ambition.

High Flyers is our way of celebrating the people who have delivered exceptional results and made a real impact for our candidates, clients and colleagues.

This time, our UK High Flyers headed to Majorca for three days of sunshine, great food and well-earned downtime together. Olivia, Claire, Marguerite, Archie and Charles earned their place through an outstanding year, and it was fantastic to spend time together away from the day-to-day, reflecting on everything they'd achieved.

From afternoons at the beach club and relaxing by the pool to exploring the island and sharing some incredible dinners, the trip was a chance to celebrate success, spend quality time together and create memories outside the office
