Exciting internal moves and promotions at Ambition due to continued growth

We are therefore delighted to share some exciting news about promotions and internal moves within our business as we kick off Q4.

Promotions

Pamella Pritchard, formerly Senior Consultant for Legal BD & Marketing, has been promoted to Managing Consultant and will be focusing on Property recruitment, leading the BD, Marketing and Communications division. 

Ben Curle, formerly Senior Consultant for Legal BD & Marketing, has been promoted to Managing Consultant. Ben will continue to focus on BD & Marketing recruitment for the legal sector.

Moves

Claudine Williams, formerly Principal Consultant for Business Support, joins the Legal BD & Marketing team. Claudine joined Ambition 5 years ago to set up the Business Support team and is excited to expand her knowledge of the legal sector within a new function.

Mark Harris, formerly Divisional Manager for Accountancy and Consultancy BD & Marketing, will now oversee the entire Professional Services BD & Marketing division, formerly headed by Matthew Gardner. 

Matthew Gardner, Director, will be stepping away from Legal BD & Marketing to focus on Finance & Accounting recruitment for Property.

Claire Cheung, formerly Divisional Manager of the Practice Finance & Accounting team, will be stepping into a Principal Consultant role to focus on a pure billing role.

Adam Silver, Divisional Manager for the Business Advisory team, covering Insolvency and Corporate Finance recruitment, will be taking on additional responsibility for managing the Practice Finance & Accounting division.  Adam joined Ambition as a fresh-faced graduate and has developed his career from an Associate Consultant, through to a valued member of the Senior Management team.
