Andrew 500

Andrew is a strategy, marketing and communication specialist with a focus on International B2B services. After starting his career as a strategy consultant, he has spent over 22 years leading international marketing & communication teams at some of the leading professional services firms in the world. 

He was European Strategy & Marketing director for Coopers & Lybrand, and led their European Union Office, during the creation of the Single Market and the opening of Central & Eastern Europe. He was European Strategic Marketing leader at PwC where he was a core member of the team that created the new brand and Chief Marketing Officer at Getronics during the dot.com years. He joined EY in 2003 as Global Marketing & Communications Director for Assurance & Advisory services at Ernst & Young supporting their move back into the consulting market and the globalisation of their Assurance practice.

In his last corporate role, Andrew spent 5 years creating and leading the marketing team for Ernst & Young with responsibility for all marketing activity in Europe, Middle-East, India and Africa. During that time, EY outperformed its Big 4 rivals in EMEIA, doubled its share of European 500 audits and saw its brand rise from 4th to 2nd. This performance was based on a series of award- winning revenue programs, a suite of targeted buyer programs, and a series of reputation building programs including both Media campaigns and traditional sponsorships such as the Ryder Cup and the strategic partnership with the Tate.

Since leaving EY in 2014, Andrew has been active consulting and mentoring with a number of professional services firms.

Andrew holds an MA in Law from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School. He has worked internationally since 1992 and lived in Brussels and the Netherlands. He and his partner currently live in Westminster.
