Client Services Team
We are committed to delivering a quality service. In 2003, we established a team dedicated to working with clients. The department comprises of senior members of our firm, each assigned the responsibility of developing client relationships.
The aim of our Client Services department is to ensure that we not only meet, but exceed your expectations at all times.
The team do not fee earn and are purely focused on enhancing the service we offer to every client, irrespective of their volume of business.
Our Client Services team:
- Conduct service reviews following each recruitment instruction to ascertain whether your expectations were met and identify any learning points for the future.
- Put service level agreements in place and where possible, tailor our standard service to work in line with your specific recruitment requirements.
- Introduce the full range of Witan Jardine services and new enhancements to maximise cost efficiencies and add value.
- Ensure that a robust account management structure is in place and that it is reviewed on a quarterly basis to monitor key performance indicators.
- Provide market intelligence on employment trends, market conditions, skills shortages and salary levels free of charge.
