Online marketing guide launched

A new guide on how those in
marketing jobs can make the most of the web for the work has been launched by Daryl Willcox Publishing (DWPub).
Entitled 'Online PR in action an introduction to implementing and measuring a digital PR programme', the new guide provides information on how workers can improve their digital media communications.
Written by industry expert Andrew Bruce Smith, the document offers guidance on how marketers can put together a successful PR campaign online.
Daryl Willcox, chairman of DWPub, said: "There are tons of people out there blogging about how important online PR is, but there is very little in terms of actual guidance - especially for those who have limited online PR experience.
"This latest whitepaper seeks to address that imbalance and give people a practical introduction to digital PR techniques."
According to figures from eMarketing, spending on online marketing in the UK in 2009 will exceed £3.5 billion.
