If you refer a candidate or job to us which goes on to become a permanent or temporary placement we will reward you with the following:

• Referred candidates or vacancies for a permanent position that are successfully placed receive the referral award of £200.
• Referred candidates or referred vacancies for temporary or contract assignments that are successfully placed and remain in the role for four weeks receive £150.
