You will have overall responsibility of the European and UK Hedge Fund portfolio within the leveraged fund sector and will be managing the hedge fund team and the day to day running of the department. You will be the “go to” person for any information or enquires about the Hedge Fund Industry and will manage key stakeholder relationships across the bank and externally as well as representing the bank at industry forums and client meetings which is a key aspect of this role. You will be getting directly involved with the negotiations of legal documentation i.e. ISDA and will be approving new trade requests recommending structures to minimize risk on the portfolio and monitoring counterparty compliance and working with the Heads of desks. read more...
