Their focus is around improving Straight Through Processing and enhancing client services. They now require a project manager with good business analysis skills who has a good knowledge of equity, credit or fixed income derivatives products and trade life cycle. The role would involve working closely with the business users documenting requirements and in turn planning, scoping and defining projects for the business. The role requires partnering closely with the technology teams to understand technical specifications and assist the technical migration of systems as well as managing user test phases, so a good technical understanding of derivatives systems would be an advantage.
