The role will be responsible for providing day-to-day fund services support, weekly pricing, monthly/quarterly reports, statutory reports, board papers, NAV calculations, income distribution calculation and VAT returns as well as assisting with a systems implementation. You will be ACA and come from an audit background with experience of Fund Accounting essential. A leading 3rd party fund administrator has a need for a Real Estate Assistant Fund Accountant to cover maternity. You will be newly or part qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA and must have previous experience working in a fund accounting role (ideally in Real Estate), you will have full understanding of UK GAAP or IFRS reporting, consolidations and related preparation of statutory financial statements.
