A leading Financial Services team is looking for a Financial Controller for its leveraged finance and real estate finance division. This role sits within a division of the bank where candidates will need core investment banking experience to be successful in the role as you will be co-ordinating and controlling the surrounding P&L process whilst taking ownership of the balance sheet substantiation process. You will be responsible for the consolidation of 2 EU subsidiary businesses and 2 Vanilla UK Subsidiaries.
This role will give an intelligent accountant exposure to Group Treasury, including derivative volatility management and funding and regulatory issues such as RWA, capital adequacy and hedge accounting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly complex entity hence candidates from product control or Financial Control will excel in this division.
