A well known investment bank is looking for a exceptionally bright accountant to join its Structured Credit Portfolio division as a Financial Controller. The team is responsible for all product control, valuations and financial processes. You will be responsible for the production of the quarterly balance sheet disclosure statements and full month end balance sheet substantiation and full commentary of movements in the balance sheet. You must be able to advise on the accounting treatment for assets under IAS39. The desk cover CDO, CLO's, Correlation trades and negative base trades. Candidate currently working in fixed income reporting can transfer into this role if interested in working in a more complex division.
